Introduction Welcome to RamCabs.com. By using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions, which along with our privacy policy govern RamCabs’ relationship with you regarding this website. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.
This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and relevant rules. It does not require any physical or digital signatures.
This document is published in accordance with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancel 24 hours before pickup: 10% cancellation fee.
- Cancel within 24 hours: No refund.
- Refunds via online transfer within 7 business days. No cash refunds.
Driver & Car Details
- Details are shared via SMS/email 1 hour before pickup.
- For non-receipt, contact +91-9998865505 with your CRN.
Payment & Disputes
- Extra charges (driver allowance, tolls, parking, etc.) must be paid directly to the driver.
- In case of dispute or service refusal, contact support at +91-9998865505 with your CRN.
Terms of Use
- Booking voucher must be shown to avail service.
- Customer agrees to terms by showing voucher.
- All distances are calculated from garage.
- AC won’t function on hilly roads or idle.
- Discounts apply only to base fare.
- Vehicle is subject to availability. Alternate will be provided if needed.
- Booking valid for calendar day (12:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m.).
- Outstation cabs cannot be used locally.
- One-way bookings include charges for return trip.
- Any changes to bookings must be made 24 hours before pickup.
- Driver wait time is up to 60 minutes beyond scheduled time.
- RamCabs is not liable for traffic delays, force majeure events, or driver misconduct but will assist promptly.
- RamCabs reserves the right to refuse or cancel services at its sole discretion.
