Information we collect

• Booking details you give us: your name, mobile number, pickup and drop locations, travel date and time, trip type and car preference — through the booking form, phone call or WhatsApp.
• Messages: anything you send us on WhatsApp, phone or email about your trip.
• Website usage data: pages visited, device and browser type and approximate location, collected through Google Analytics and similar tools using cookies.

We do not collect card or bank details on this website, and we do not ask for sensitive personal data.

How we use your information

• To confirm your booking, give you a fare and share driver and car details.
• To contact you about your trip, changes or delays.
• To keep basic records for accounts, tax and legal requirements.
• To understand how visitors use the website and improve it.

We use your booking details only with your consent, which you give when you submit the form or contact us for a booking.

Sharing

We share your name, mobile number and pickup details only with the driver assigned to your trip. Our website is hosted by a hosting provider and uses Google services (Analytics, Search Console); these providers process data for us under their own privacy terms. We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may disclose information if required by law or a government authority.

Cookies

The website uses cookies for basic functions and for analytics (Google Analytics). You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records only as long as needed for the trip, our accounts and legal requirements, and then delete them.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask us to: see the personal data we hold about you, correct or update it, delete it (where we are not required to keep it), or withdraw your consent.
