Dhordo, the gateway to the White Rann, is about 85 km from Bhuj and 400 km from Ahmedabad. Bhuj has an airport and a railway station. From Bhuj, the drive to the Rann takes about 1.5 hours, and the White Rann permit is checked on the way.
